Britany Rose, LMSW

Therapist

Brittany holds a Master’s degree from Auburn University and is a licensed medical social worker with experience in hospice care, managed care coordination, and public health education. Her background has given her a strong foundation in psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, and supporting individuals through complex and challenging experiences.

Brittany works primarily with women and LGBTQ+ individuals navigating trauma, grief, overwhelm, and major life transitions. She specializes in EMDR and takes a warm, collaborative approach that meets each person where they are.

Her practice is an affirming, inclusive space where every part of you is welcome. Through evidence-based tools and curiosity, Brittany helps clients build clarity and resilience, explore patterns that no longer serve them, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with their inner voice.

Together, we make room for both the messy and the meaningful — the fear and the hope — the grief of what was and the possibility of what’s next.
